Practice Concentration & Professional Experience

Scott Schrader joined Miller & Schrader, P.A. in 1996 and became a shareholder in May of 1999. As is the practice of all the attorneys at the firm, Scott’s practice is concentrated solely in the area of estate planning and post-death administration, as well as estate litigation and disputes. He advises clients with respect to a wide range of issues relating to wills and trusts, estate planning, trust administration, charitable giving, life insurance, and taxes.
